Wifi was off and on. TV only had 4 chanels. Nexus use to be a 5 star hotel when I stayed there in 2016. Now the towels were old and dingy, the place was run down and it's a shell of what it use to be. Good there at 2am and most of the staff was asleep. Had to wake folks up to check in. Sad....

The pool was great for kids . Some of the staff were friendly. rooftop terrace very pleasant. Food was good but bear in mind to communicate spice levels as everything is more spicy than expected - eg spaghetti napoli automatically comes with red chilli incorporated. Indian curries are vindaloo level (including dahl). Liked papaya and fresh juices!

Actually a really nice hotel. I liked the spa and the massage most staff was also really nice toward us. Lobby was also really nice.

Previously the security guards @the door were very rude but now I have seen some improvement. And @ the check-in counter bruktawit was so helpful and the service we've received was amazing

The staff member at check in and check out was pleasantly engaging. Room was clean and comfortable with a cute corner nook. Enjoyed the ambiance of the bar lounge on the 8th floor and had a delicious chicken burger there.

The room was very quiet and cooled by air conditioning. The wifi was adequate but did cut out occasionally. The staff was very helpful, getting taxi rides and printing a few documents for me.
